"Under the Sea" Portal Resin Art - Plaster Impression #1

Bring home a little piece of the sea with this gorgeous piece of resin art featuring impressions of sea shells, turtles, fish and seaweed. A perfect gift for the beach lover in your life or to add to your own décor. To create this scenery, I first made impressions of sea life onto clay. Plaster was then poured over the clay and once cured, the plaster is removed and you have a beautiful sculptural quality to the Ocean scenery. Touches of colour were then added to the raised impressions. To add depth and durability, the plaster cast was set in Epoxy Resin. A natural piece of Drift Wood was used to hang the portal. Portal measures 11" around. Driftwood is approximately 24" across
